Refund & Return Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for defective or damaged items only. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via WhatsApp or email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

3. Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
